'A Calendar of Trees', 13 piano compositions by Dean Brodrick performed on keyboards and koto with Melissa Holding; woodland stroll and tree talk with Charlie Noton (founder of Tree Research) visiting the great oaks and hollies in Southleigh Wood; exhibition of hand burnished and illuminated linocut prints from the Tree Ogham by Olivia Clifton-Bligh; and an informal talk with the initiator of the 'Birth Trees' project, Pens Salmon, and the participating artists
LINOCUT PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP

Using simple techniques for striking results. Step by step through the creative printing process, from composing your design to cutting and printing your block, using reduction, multi block or masking techniques for multicoloured or monochrome prints.
Whether you are making a limited edition print series, designing your own card or experimenting with repeat pattern work, this workshop is perfect for complete beginners as well as experienced artists.
